Improvement of Agricultural training in Macedonië

Aequor is participating in the G2G project "Improvement of Agricultural training in Macedonië". Under the umbrella of VRIAN projects B.V.  we work together with WUR, Van Hall Larenstein and FACE on drafting an Agricultural Training Strategy for the programming of the IPARD funds. This should include the specification of necessary activities and monitoring criteria in order to contribute to the measure template of the IPARD programme. The results of the project contribute to the furtherabsorption of the IPARD assistance for the rural development resulting in a strong framework for support to the training system in agriculture. In the end the project will contribute to the improvement of the occupational skills and competences of persons engaged in agriculture, food, forestry and other economic activities in the rural area.
The project aims on the following results:

The Macedonian Managing Authority of the IPARD Programme
1) has been given a critical assessment on the current situation regarding human resource capacity in agriculture, the institutional and legislative framework for education and training and the existing training system in agriculture;
2) has been supported in the
preparation of a Training Strategy in Agriculture, including monitoring and evaluation indicators for its implementation and institutional arrangements to be developed;
3) has gained assistance in
drafting of an appropriate methodology for further programming investments in training to be included in the IPARD Programme, including monitoring and evaluation indicators for its implementation;
4) The Macedonian Agency for financial support for agriculture and rural development has been trained in order to increase its capacity in implementing Vocational Training and Information Actions and in control and monitoring of the implementation;
5) The Macedonian agriculture faculties and institutes (including national extension services)
have been trained to develop capacities to design and implement agriculture training
programmes and training modules (courses, seminars etc.).

  1. It should go without saying that home projects can be expensive, so you may be tempted to tackle them yourself as a way to save money. That may be a smart move for small projects. You won't have to wait for someone to fit your house into their busy schedule, and you can boast about having done the work yourself. crawl space cleaning Port Orchard
